Brainstorm (free flow of ideas) (divergent thinkings-lots of ideas) Decision- making and action taken (convergent thinking- focusing to a point of action) The agenda is key; it defines priorities for the meeting. Circulate an agenda in advance and get input before the meeting, then finalize agenda.
