Every person at every company is project managing in some way; you have to project manage to get work done. Everyone must a agree on your teams purpose and definition of success. Agree and abide by the rules by which your team will work together to achieve your stated purpose. Assign responsibilities for each aspect of the project based on individual skills, interests and availability. Plan backwards from the desired goals making project manageable. Brainstorm (free flow of ideas) (divergent thinkings-lots of ideas) Decision- making and action taken (convergent thinking- focusing to a point of action) The agenda is key; it defines priorities for the meeting. Circulate an agenda in advance and get input before the meeting, then finalize agenda.
