Modern ways of looking at deviance (cont. : control theory- conflict/ marxist theory, social bond and self control. Tighter bonds we have, the more self control we have: reintegrative shaming. Refers to the threat of punishment: aspect of control theory, learning theory, differential association, differential reinforcement- bobo the clown.
