Document Summary
There were times the road has been slightly rocky; i have felt additional pressure to pick up the slack and ensure everything runs smoothly and successfully as the leader of this group. While i do not regret the decision to assume this role, it has resulted in me putting in numerous hours to this project, that i do not necessarily see reciprocated throughout all members. As i was the first one to contact this organization, it has since then been assumed that i will continue to be the main contact, setting up all meetings, asking for all clarifications, and approving all documents. This task became daunting, as i work two jobs, and have another group project in a separate class that i am responsible for as well. It then becomes frustrating when trying to delegate tasks to others, or set up meeting times.
