Betty your resistance to having the inclusion of jake in a general discussion class is not informed. We may agree that jake is in a condition that show some aspect of a special needs case. However, his behaviors are not that intense that they should have him have to not join the general discussion class. He should be allowed to be in a general discussion class in a full time basis. As a teacher who has worked for long, you should learn that the aspect that your wish to take can have some psychological implications on jake, as his case needs to be handled with care. The way that jack behaves shows that he should be made to be in a class where there are other learners. This is because from the look of things, jack is not inattentive in class.
