Use a query - the real way to do it. Change data in a query and the corresponding data in underlying table(s) is changed. Look like a table but go away when they are closed. A query enables you to ask questions about the data and returns the answers that match your criteria. Choose the fields you want to include. Choose all the fields in a table. Choose if the field plays a role in sorting. Sort row - left to right for multiple sorts.
