Small groups: typically differ in experience/perspective. There is always a chair or moderator to control the conversation. It"s i(cid:374)tera(cid:272)ti(cid:448)e the audience can ask questions. It is unprofessional to go over time: call and response, q & a. They present their findings or deliberations in an introductions, transitions, and conclusion. The whole group is up on the stage. It"s the (cid:272)ru(cid:454) of the prese(cid:374)tatio(cid:374), (cid:449)hat the audie(cid:374)(cid:272)e (cid:374)eeds to take a(cid:449)a(cid:455) You get more out a group when you work together. In 1997, hall found that the product is greater than the sum of its parts: working alone is like 1+1+1=3, working together is like 1+1+1=4 (cid:862)megazord(cid:863) effe(cid:272)t. In power rangers, the rangers combine to create the megazord. The megazord is more powerful than all the power rangers separately. There are 2 levels of working in groups. Task level: what you have to do or get done. Social level: the physical environment and the people you work with.
