Teachers can differentiate content, process, and product according to students readiness, interest, and learning profile. Use good strategies such as interest groups, literature circles, jigsaw, multiple intelligences , small-group instruction, compacting, complex instruction, varied homework, etc. Is not dumbing things down if someone is struggling because you want them to succeed but also want them to be challenged. Taught to learning style with a individualized learning plan. Provides teachers with a higher level of flexibility. Students learn in a way that makes information easier to retain.
