This paper will examine whether or not the suspension of the habeaus corpus will benefit the people of the united states or violate their rights. This paper will attempt to understand some of the historical reasons as to why it was suspended as well as provide a few reasons of the possible outcomes of this event. Furthermore, it will discuss the legal issues that tried to revive the habeaus corpus but failed to succeed. Both sides will be argued objectively, and both sides will begin to provide future analysis as to why the habeaus corpus is needed or should remain suspended based on the most present articles and cases. This paper will close with a brief personal opinion for both sides to further the success in either the suspension or the renovation of the habeaus corpus.
