Levels of care: primary care providers: front line, doctor nurses and others, common acute ambulatory care problems (don"t stay and go home) ii. Didsease prevention: secondary: straightforward but specialized diagnostic, out patient basis, teriary, rare and ecomplex disesases use of high technology, major teaching community hopsitals hospitals, specialized services, referred in to get treatment, quaternary healthcare, longwood ultra high tech. Not the same thing as primary secondary and tertiary prevention. Health insurance: services not complex, then you pay what you pay, then they become much more expensive, health insurance (illness) incase you get ill, extremely unpredictable, protect family from financial ruin, someone would help pay you iii.
