Severe: organs blow up basically; 160/110 bp. Hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, low platelet count. Pts have severe preeclampsia, severe fatigue, epigastric pain. Nursing assessment & physical exam for severe preeclampsia: Bp, weight, edema, neuro changes, severe epigastric pain, pulmonary edema.
