Description
Chantz Delgado October 1  2013 Intro to Feminism Journal Entry #5 In No Turning Back, Freedman discusses the various sexualities and identities.  She emphasizes the idea of homosexuals related to heterosexuals. She makes note that  sexuality became a huge indicator of identity, especially in the west. Western feminists  are negatively portrayed as women who criticize demeaning pics and “act like men  sexually,” by demanding pleasure.  In Lorde’s article, “ Uses of the Erotic,” she discusses the innererotic nature that  all people have. She also states that due to the social norms catering and favoring men,  women have to dig deeper to discover this erotic nature. Since women are expected to  leave this feeling unstated, it usually is not recognized. Since society has it that men  control women when in a sexual state, women deviated from their erotic nature. In Khan’s article, “ The AllAmerican Queer Pakistani Girl,” she discus
