Synopsis of our adaptation:
Bond has been working on a mission - He is spying on Willard Whyte, a man
who is thought to be controlling an international diamond smuggling ring. He goes to
Amsterdam, under disguise, and meets his contact - Tiffany Case. While working to
gain information, Case is his go to for information and works as an informant citing
that she knows someone that works closely with Whyte. Throughout their time
together Bond and Case become very close and share an intimate relationship.
Bond observes Whyte and his team from afar at a casino they frequent. Since the
observations and spying on Whyte and his team are extremely dangerous, Bond
gives Case a handkerchief that his father used to give his mother when he went
away on missions during the war. It was seen as a promise that he would always be
coming back and would be faithful to her.
One day while observing, Bond notices Whyte’s new accessory - his
handkerchief. Outraged, Bond heads back to his secret bunker with Tiffany, where
she is sleeping. The scene picks up here with Bond about to kill Tiffany. What Bond
doesn’t know is that the person that is Tiffany’s informant that works closely with
Whyte, has figured her out. Her informant takes the handkerchief and gives it to
Whyte as a gift - hoping that Bond will see it.
