Main flaw w/ the current ideals of materialism (feurbach"s idea as well) is that the human reality, or the significance in it, lays only in contemplation but not as human practice. Can objective truth be obtained from human thinking? this is a practical question, as our all other attempts at proving the truth they must be proven in practical action or experimentation. This conflict over whether thinking is a reality or non-reality is a scholarly question. The belief that men are products of circumstances and upbringing changed men are products of other circumstances and changed upbringing forgets that men change their circumstances and it"s always possible to educate educators. Changing circumstance and human activity is done in the form of revolutionizing practice. When feurbach refers to human thought as the purest thought form he isn"t referring to abstract thinking, rather he is referring to sensuous contemplation (not a practical human activity)
