After listening to different examples of music from this chapter, i am overwhelmed by the strong emotions i have in connection with the music. There are a few that really have an impact on me. For example, when i was listening to one of the mysterious sound, i was alone in my room. Although i didn"t see or face anything, i was frightened by the sound itself. It is too scary to a point that i need to pause and go outside. I have heard someone said, a horror film without music is not scary anymore. Usually the sound effect creates more of the suspense than the action itself. Producers add in scary screaming and suspicions sounds to make the movie more intimidating. Besides the impact of sound effect on us, sound also creates a feeling and emotion. It has different ways to express itself to us.
