Rather than government identified every hazard with particular chemical, it turns to the manufacture. The utilization of a set of principles that reduces or eliminates the use of generation of hazardous substances in the design, manufacture, and application of the chemical products. The three pillars of the scp program: build capacity. Help us to assess the exposure and the impact: execute, lead the way (revolution, leadership) The fundamental shift that the economic concern cannot outweight the health impact concern.
