Promulgation of DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)!

-2007 = fails to overcome ļ¬libuster ā refusal to end debate & need 60 votes to
stop people from talking (52-44)!
-2010 = Passes House, fails to overcome ļ¬libuster (55-41)!
-2013 = Passes Senate, Blocked in House !

ā¢2014 = Obama acts with DAPA (like DAC but for parents)!
-Stayed by Federal Court (2015)!
-Stay upheld by 4-4 supreme court (2016)!
