Puberty is the greatest period of sexual differentiation since they were in the womb. Sexual differentiation happens but not right away, the only thing different btwn boys and girls is chromosomes, @ that point sexual differentiation hasn"t happened yet. Everyone has wolfarian ducts for male, mallarian ducts female. Sry (sex determining region) on y chromosome, if you have y gene you will be male and if you don"t then default is female differentiate. Primordial gonad- inside cortex and medulla, outside can be ovary, inside can be tests. For test: if given concrete answers and none of the above then its none of the above if word. Suspicion" doesn"t come up then it"s not the answer. Kleinfelter"s syndrome- affects 1/1000 males, develop at puberty a female figure, develop breasts as opposed to gaining muscle mass can give hormone treatment, most straight some bisexual and homo, very tall. Gender identity disorder/disphoria-identify as different from biological sex.
