Hypotheses: explain what is meant by hypotheses must be . A model is a pattern, plan, representation/ description used to show the main object/workings of an object, system or concept. Animal model, comparator hypothesis ( strength of performance/ behavior depends on strenght of stimuli) Geschwind & wernicke model of language: what are the 6 steps of hypothesis testing, form hypothesis from theory, model / observations. Definition: type of hypothesis used in stats that proposes that no statistical significance exists in a set of given observations. Reject null hypothesis: experiment performed has found findings that find significance. Rejecting/ failing to reject ( no evidence yet to disprove) the null hypothesis. Rejecting the null suggests that alternative hypothesis might be trye and of course needs further testing.
