Bounding box- boxes in the entire object and allows you to adjust the sizing. Selection- the object that is clicked on and able to be manipulated. Handles- allows you to adjust how the lines coming off of an anchor point bend. Pull- down menu- allows you to see a list of options and tools available to work with. Palette- shows a selection of standard colors and colors that are chosen to be saved for later use. Toolbar- the bar down the side of the screen that shows the commons tools you can use such as a pen tool, line tool, art board tool, etc. Anchor point- a point along the path of an object that can have its adjacent lines manipulated. Open path- a(cid:374) o(cid:271)je(cid:272)t that is(cid:374)"t (cid:272)o(cid:374)ti(cid:374)uous a (cid:272)losed (cid:271)(cid:455) its path. Closed path- a(cid:374) o(cid:271)je(cid:272)ts that"s paths are (cid:272)o(cid:374)(cid:374)e(cid:272)ted a(cid:374)d (cid:272)o(cid:374)ti(cid:374)uous. Stroke- the presence/absence and color of the lines that outline an object.
