Add anti body for bcl2, then add matrix (beads) that bind to bcl2 antibody which gives weight, goes to bottom. Take this part and extract bcl2 found in this part and run it in gel. Then incubate with antibody for sod1 if bcl2 is interacting with sod1 then it will be found by means of western blot.
