Child molesting cases: outbreak of daycare molesting cases, in miami an officer was arrested for child sexual abuse. No physical evidence, no eyewitnesses, only child"s testimony. The prosecutor then started a crusade to solve this issue: she created center for children in which specialists would interact with them. They were able to extract evidence this way and these interviews were videotaped as evidence for the jury. People are able to be convicted this way: theyre method: multiple testimony, medical evidence, expert evidence. Bobby fijne: 14 year old babysitter at chuch accused of molesting children in church. He wasn"t tried to juvenile court and went straight to adult court. He did give a slight confession when he was arrested. He said his fingers slipped in: prosecutor gave a deal that if he admitted to being guilty he could go to psychiatric ward and not prison.
