Beyond good and evil , i. 1: there are no facts, only interpretations (will to power, 481) Why do we create value: will to him is always will to power it expresses a weakness in which humans cannot just act based on instincts. Animals have instincts that tell them what to value we need to have values or else we wouldn"t have a reason to do one thing rather than another. Ultimate man sees there are no ultimate values therefore nothing is of value (this is wrong nihilism)
