For example, they stated at the aaa (agricultural adjustment act) was unconstitutional. The federal government did not have enough power to limit how much farmers could earn. However, a year earlier, the supreme court that the national recovery association (nra) was unconstitutional as well. The grounds for being unconstitutional were that the executive branch could not create such things, only the legislative branch (congress). The nra was by the wayside which made.
