However, as individuals enter into adolescence, their gender identity aligns with their sexual preferences. While gender identity is typically chosen very early in life (childhood), it can be reevaluated later in life. Difference between sex and gender: sex- biological gender. Xy- male: gender- from the video, jazz would be male because of her sex (xy chromosome), but female because of the gender she identifies with. Pioneering research indicates every teenager expects to go to college.
