What advice would you give to new parents regarding expectations of parenthood: parenthood is a life long journey and almost everyone believes that becoming a parent comes with ease. You see on social media pictures of parents looking perfect with their little baby. What you do not see is how tired they are because of all the late nights they had to stay up with the baby and other difficulties they came across while being new parents. Life with your new baby will have lots of love and happy experiences. Some other times you may feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and stressed; these are all very typical emotions of being a new parent: no one is born knowing exactly how to be a parent. You learn as you go and know that there will be good days and not such good days, you will become more confident as time goes on.
