Systemic: fatigue, fever, weakness, anorexia, weight loss, weight gain, swelling*, itching and rash*, bleeding* Physical localized: pain, headache, back pain and joint pain, cough, nasal discharge, gi symptoms, shortness of breath, palpable lumps and bumps .
