Workability argument: what you want to do, cannot be done. Alternate causality nothing to do with x. X isn"t the real cause of y, z is, so the problem will continue. The policy that you want to put into place, will be rejected by those who are negatively affected by it. They will find a way around it: banning the sale of assault weapons, manufactures just changed. Look at the policies and find the barriers that they were trying to address. Disadvantages: not to put a plan into an effect. What is the trigger for the disadvantage. It cant just be negative about the plan, but that it has to be about to be a bigger picture. If it has the same outcome, then what is the point. It has to change in a certain shape or form: getting health insurance, consequence you have to pay a fine.
