Decolonization: after military has left, war is over, colonizing still exist, still remains and becomes integrated. Freire believes in critical literacy: way of learning to help liberate people from oppression: oppression exists: economic and social forces keep people down, oppressed can liberate themselves from the oppression. Banking education: teacher lectures and students accept passively. It becomes a one way deposit: transformation of reality. Problem posing: teacher questions directed at the problem. Teacher no longer teaches and student emerges. Everyone had a unique point of view in life, work together. Smart people were not that smart, were trying to control people. Problem passing education: students who are younger see themselves equal as the teacher. There has to be a happy median found. Want to be the boss and when they do become the boss they exploit the workers and that is not liberation. Exploring world together as students and teachers. Has to be in the head of everyone.
