And this was due to the fact that my lungs were not functioning as normal. Professor"s response: it is highly common that babies who are born prematurely tend to have breathing issues and that is why they are placed in the incubator, to help them develop physically as well as mentally. 22% of u. s. children live below federal poverty level. 23% of u. s. children are living w/ unemployed parents. 13. 9% of u. s. children under 3 are living w/ a substance dependent or abusing parent. Risk of maltreatment is more than 3 times greater for a child with disabilities than for typically developing children.
