More commercials in non primetime all around primetime. Mountain ends at 10 they go to bed early. Universal time = 24 hour time or military time. Access does not exist on sunday because of prime time. Off by five minutes @ late news is 5 min long. The affiliate wanted to make more money during late news. The 2nd highest rate is the first 15 min of late news. There is flow through from primetime shows into news. Extra 5 min to do whatever they please. 3 min of news and 2 min of commercial time. Without affiliate there is no network and give it to them to make them happy. Local news always tries to tie in something from previous network show into the news for a flowthru. Sports is non primetime for the most part except for world series.
