Demonstrable decisions are when there is one decision to make. Demonstrative decisions are
when teams are most useful.
Divergence is better for creative solution. Brain writing is when everybody writes down their
own ideas and shares them at a meeting.
A lack of self-efficacy is when you think your work/contributions will not be good enough so
you do nothing.
The average IQ is 100. Personality traits are enduring traits about yourself that predict job
satisfaction. Extroverts are open and assume the world is good and are good at making friends
and building relationships. Introverts are the opposite; they are less social, more critical, negative
and have low-energy. Conscientiousness people are reliable people who are consistent with their
work. You never have to worry about conscientious people, which is why employers want them,
they know what they are getting and there will be no surprises.
Employers want to hear that you are a hard-worker, who wants the job and to one day
move up in the company and will do whatever it takes.
Negative affect is when you are highly critical of others but most of all yourself. Internal locus of
control means that a person thinks they are in control of their lives and can change their lives.
External locus of control is when a person believes that everything in life is out of their control
and believe there is nothing they can do to change their lives. Self-esteem is the degree to which
people feel good about themselves. People with lower self-esteems tend to overachieve because
they have something to prove to themselves. Narcissism is a mental disorder in which a person
thinks they are better than everybody and are extremely over-confident. These people often
befriend people only so they can advance in the company and then they ditch them for the next
