Plot funcions: bar draws a bar chart, barh draws a horizontal bar chart, area draws the plot as a coninuous curve and ills in under the curve created, stem draws a stem plot. Histograms: hist(vec) shows the frequency of occurrence of values within a vector. Bins are used to collect values in given ranges uses 10 bins by default hist(vec,n) speciies n bins. Pie charts: pie funcion creates a pie chart. Animaion: comet(x,y) displays the results of plot(x,y) one point at a ime, movie(m) displays recorded movie frames frames are captured in a loop using the funcion geframe and are stored in matrix m. Three dimensional plots: many 2d plots funcions have 3d equivalents. Plot3, bar3, bar3h, stem3, pie3, comet3: use grid to see the data points more easily, zlabel labels the z axis. Customizing plots: use the plot tools icon to modify the plot.
