Campaigns: 1st:1225-32, 2nd: 1238-40s, 3rd: 1250s-1260s, consecrated 1272 three different architects, three different designer masons designing this building, post 1284 collapse putting in new supports. Original bulding: aisles 69"8 high the bourges type elevation with triforium and clerestory in the inner aisle , but cantonnated piers as in chartres formula . First campaign: 1225-1232/3, double aisles and 3 story elevation in aisle. Second campaign: started in 1238/9, open space reduces the complexity of the supports, single shaft axis, rest of the piers are cantonnated piers. Old shafts with cylindrical schafts: but arches, as they curve around the apse. How they would deal with the arcade/arch itself transparency diaphonous.
