Factors such as race/ethnicity, gender, geography, age can be linked to: Aggravated by restructuring of employment due to technology and globalization. Propose improvement of human capital through education and training or say that nothing should be done as poverty is the individual"s fault. Proposals that redistribute wealth, such as graduated taxation or direct grants such as welfare programs. Work to remove institutional blockages such as limited access to education, housing, employment, transportation, or lack of child care.
