Just the intent to do the act of sexual intercourse against someone"s will. Specific intent: there is a requirement of some additional mental state that accompanies the definition of the crime. pg. An example is assault with intent to rape. It is not just assault it is assaulting with the intent to rape: larceny is the taking of property of another with the intent to deprive the owner.
