One thing and one thing only: text. Scent is tied to memories and experiences, rather than the ability to read text. Scent is the hardest to represent in text so scent is lost so it defies representation. Becomes anxious when people describe things he smells. Scent resists text and therefore leaves no trace. Doesn"t matter what class you are in or profession-every stinks and so does everything. Eye can not see itself, so the only way for the eye to know the eye is for it to know the eye of others. Assured of own sight but the sight of others. Assured of own smell because of the smell of other people. Frightens others because he has no smell. Idea that we are more forgiving of yourself. Odor is connected to human objectivity and no odor is objectivity. I know that i me because i am not you.
