Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Health is a condition of being sound in body, mind or spirit, especially: freedom from physical disease or pain. Health is not a condition; it"s an adjustment. Just because you"re not sick doesn"t mean you"re functioning at your best and thriving. Complex and dynamic integration of behavior, biology, and environment that is unique to each individual. Time management is a time to organize while keeping things in perspective. Two hour intervention increases perceived control of time and decreases perceived stress. Time management strategies buffer academic stress more than leisure activities do. Academic self-discipline leads to greater first-year academic performance. Increase effectiveness, drive engagement and productivity by incorporating time and energy management with the pillars of health. Physical: what, when, and how you eat; exercise; sleep, illness and stress.
