Board"s main job is to help the theater raise money. *cardinal rule of theater: thou shalt not bore* December: christmas/holiday show or american feel good classics. Positions necessary: president (sets agenda, secretary (takes minutes (records) of everything, because if it is not on paper, then it doesn"t exist, treasurer (budgetary oversight, and determines what the money will be used for (budget allocation)) Vote of no confidence. then, hire an interim staff- often becomes new staff after a trial period .
