When changes are made, some people see them as positive, others as negative: 3 possible responses to change (that you see as negative) Exit- you accept that there has been a negative change in your environment. Alter your behavior to achieve the best outcome possible given the new environment. Voice- use your voice (complain, protest etc) to try to change the environment back to its original condition. Loyalty- accept the fact that your environment has changed and make no change to your behavior. Game theory- tool for analyzing strategic situations: strategic situations- when the choices of one depend on the choices of another. Players actions are interdependent: game- decisions to be made by the citizen and the state.
