This was not true if the participant was not annoyed: social learning theory: aggressive behavior is caused by rewards for aggression, psychopath: a person who lacks empathy, don"t care about other people feelings, and don"t care about punishments. They are more likely to be instrumentally aggressive. Less likely to retaliate and more likely to be calculative. (person-level things that influence aggression: empathy: being able to put ourselves in other people"s shoes.
