Concerned that sometimes deliberation is a bad thing when we want to get to the truth or have individual judgments. Deliberation means that all considerations get shared evidence and reasons shared. Individuals can only see part of the story, groups can share information and get to see more than individuals. Failure of some members of the group to share information intimidation, shyness, etc. Solomon is attacking idea that deliberation is a way to reach the truth.
