Document Summary

First i would just like to talk about what i see in each of these drawings. In the first image, depicting false pluralism, i see two very similar images on each side of the bridge. This to me symbolizes that no matter which side you go to there is the illusion of change but no there is no actual difference. That"s what i believe is meant by the word false in this context. In the bottom image of true plurality, there are two very different images on each side of the bridge. One side depicts a more country or rural area and the other is more urban or city-like. Each side of the bridge represents a very different reality and this symbolizes freedom of choice. Although these two areas are quite different they coexist giving the person standing the bridge an opportunity to choose a society.
