You"re doing not only because you"re paid but also because you want to do it. Many theories suggest employees will be highly motivated if: An employee would be highly motivated if they have a personality that predisposes them to be motivated. Extraversion: extrovertido, people who tend to socialize more. Openness to experience: creative people who like to experience new thing. Conscientiousness: comes to work on time, does everything correctly.
