Wanted to identify the concept and explain it, aka encyclopedia in the law of england. Blackstone defined law: law is a rule of civil conduct prescribed by the supreme power in a state commanding what is right and prohibiting what is wrong. Law is defined the same way throughout the environment and time. Law is constant and diverse people have the same knowledge due to. Culture even though there is diversity people grow up in the same society. Things can evolve, but the substantial definition is the same.
