An example of forming is orientation day at iowa state university. Storming is the weight of completing the task has now fallen upon everyone. An example of storming is when you are dating someone and you begin to notice all their bad qualities. Norming is when the group begins to appreciate other team members" strengths and abilities. An example of norming is one of your group members is a great writer and nominates themselves to write the paper. The group appreciates this because they know this group member has great writing skills.
