Ldst 322: leadership styles and strategies in a diverse society. Give an e(cid:454)a(cid:373)ple of (cid:449)here (cid:455)ou"(cid:448)e (cid:448)ie(cid:449)ed this t(cid:455)pe of leadership. The key concepts of relational leadership is process which encompasses inclusiveness, empowering, ethical and purpose. Empowering means believing each individual has something to offer. Purposeful means being able to know goals and how to obtain those goals. Finally, being ethical means that you do the right thing for not only yourself but others. An example of where i have viewed this type of leadership is through my neighbor who is a social worker. She is an example of relational leadership because she has to do all of the key concepts in her job. Reward power is a type of power that involves a person"s ability to delegate the tasks they do not want to do to others. Legitimate power is a power that links obligations to management.
