Komives, et al. , chapter 2, historical leadership: choose four approaches from historical leadership and in your own words define the central assumptions and limitations of these approaches. In addition, provide the name of a past or current leader that displays the characteristics of the selected approach and an example to support why you made the selection. This approach assumes that leaders only focus on certain things in their life to determine which leadership style is right for a specific situation. Also, this is viewed that there is no best approach to leadership in every situation. The limitations with this is that success is unknown, everything depends on the leadership style, situation and the possible followers. The president of a sorority is in charge of the entire sorority making the average gpa requirement. Abigail then feels required to also make the gpa requirement herself.
