Labor party was willing to review nations of great britain and identify the independent needs of each state. Political compromise to devolve power in hopes of keeping the government together. Yste(cid:373) is (cid:862)u(cid:374)itary(cid:863) (cid:271)ut devolutio(cid:374) (cid:272)halle(cid:374)ges this idea. Eu- still drafts about 60% of legislature of great britain. Eu subsidiary principle- the legislation must be implemented among the 28 eu member states. Parliamentary sovereignty (no power greater than parliament)- unitary.
