Cooperation, on the other hand, is when a group of people working together, all doing essentially the same type of work, to accomplish a job. Example of collaborations: review someone"s work and provide feedback to them. Example of cooperations: a team of workers working together to achieve their company"s sales goal. Successful collaboration will produce a successful outcome therefore developing growth in team capability. Become informed (the most fundamental purpose of collaboration) Operational decisions: those that support operational, day-to-day activities. Example: at mcdonalds"s, clean the bathroom at 6pm. Managerial decisions: decisions about the allocation and utilization of resources. Strategic decisions: those that support broad-scope, organizational issues. Example: decision to open a new product line, decision to go national/international.
