Campaign of nonviolence: collect the facts, try to negotiate with the powers to make this better, engage in self-purification make sure you are committed to nonviolence, engage in nonviolent resistance. Nonviolence action seeks to create a crisis/tension in the community. Dramatize the issue so it can no longer be avoided. One has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.
